Easy to use and accessible. Most of the time rent feels like a loss as far as ROI because you’re not paying anything off. It definitely helps that Stake assists renters with getting something back out of renting other than the bare necessity of having a place to call home. Definitely would like to continue using Stake if my wife and I don’t find a house next year and resign.

No. Stake does not raise rent. Cash Back is funded by property owners and partners who want members like you to sign leases, pay rent, and renew. They pay Stake to help attract and retain residents. Your rent price does not change. You can always double-check pricing against any other listing service, and if you see a discrepancy, we’ll match it.
