How do I login to my Stake account?

Nope. You can always earn Cash Back and access deals for free using any debit or credit card. If you want to unlock even more benefits, we offer Stake Saver—an upgraded experience with higher Cash Back, credit building, and enhanced financial tools for a small monthly fee.

Do you raise the price of rent to offer Cash Back?

Not at all. Your rent stays the same. Stake rewards you for leasing, renewing, and paying rent on time because we do better when you do better. Properties in the Stake Network benefit from signing leases faster and reaching smart renters like you.

What happens if I forget to list Stake on my rental application?

If you found your home through a Stake listing, referral, or received an email from us, you’re probably already covered. If you’re unsure, just reach out—we’ll help get your Cash Back set up.

How do I earn with Stake?

You can earn with Stake in a few ways: by paying rent at a Stake Network property, signing or renewing a lease, using Stake Checking for everyday purchases, shopping in the Stake Neighborhood Network, or upgrading to Stake Saver to boost your rewards and unlock additional features.

How do I know if I’m in the Stake Network?

You may already be part of the Stake Network if you found your home through a Stake listing, referral, or live at a property partnered with us. Not sure? You can check our listing network or reach out to us directly and we’ll confirm for you.

Do I need to switch banks to use Stake?

Not at all. Stake works with your current bank account. You’ll securely connect your account using Plaid, and you choose where your Cash Back gets deposited—no need to switch banks or open a new account.

How do I earn Cash Back on rent?

Just pay rent on time. Whether it’s through your property’s payment system or with Stake Checking, you’ll automatically earn Cash Back each month. The longer you stay, the more you can earn—it’s that simple.

When do I receive my Cash Back?

Timing depends on how your property’s rewards are set up. Some properties issue Cash Back on the third Tuesday of each month, while others offer instant rewards when you pay with Stake Checking. Either way, you’ll get a notification when your Cash Back is ready to use.

What makes Stake different from a bank or rewards card?

What is Stake Saver, and is it required?
